A waterproof probe sits in the freezer on a long cable. Defrost cycles don't cause false alarms, but a stuck defrost or a slow climb toward thawing texts the manager.

The server closet

If the air conditioning fails, Isovara catches the sudden rise in temperature and can send the alert straight into your IT team's ticketing system.

The greenhouse
